Yes, you can cancel either over the phone, email, or through your account on our website. A $80.00 cancellation fee will be occurred for any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. This fee goes towards our cleaners and staff as we would have had a job to fill that slot otherwise.

While recognizing the uniqueness of each job, we anticipate a standard cleaning session to range between 1 to 2.5 hours. The duration is influenced by various factors, including size, additional services, condition, and the efficiency of our cleaning professionals.

The standard composition of our cleaning teams consists of two members. However, we adjust team size based on the specific requirements of each job, deploying a single cleaner for smaller tasks or augmenting the crew with additional members for larger assignments.

We recognize the significance of fostering a consistent relationship between clients and their assigned cleaners. For recurring appointments, we make a concerted effort to deploy the same cleaning professionals whenever possible.

For one-time cleaning services, you have the option to request a cleaner who has previously serviced your home, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference.

While tips are always greatly appreciated by our cleaners they are not required. Your cleaning service will always be great with or without a tip. Please keep in mind that if you do wish to tip, cash tips are highly preferred and are non-refundable.

No. About half of our clients aren’t home for their schedule cleanings. Make sure to include accurate instructions for gaining entry to the home when scheduling online or over the phone, as lock-out fees will be incurred if we cannot gain entry.

No, we’ll handle providing all the necessary supplies needed to complete a typical home cleaning. If you’d like though, you can request a specific product to be used on certain areas. Please leave a note with instructions for our cleaners to find said product.

No! We are a pet friendly company. Our cleaners are used to working around pets all the time. Occasionally the loud noise of a vacuum does cause a scare and in cases like that we’re always happy to accommodate special arrangements. We do ask however if you have a pet that is not friendly to strangers that he/she be separated from our cleaners for everyone’s safety before your appointment.

That’s perfectly ok with us! Simply schedule using our minimum service (Studio) and let us know when scheduling. We’ll clean the common areas and not anything else. Also, if you need something different, you may use our hourly service which is designed for specific situations like these.
